非正式招聘/持续公开招标
持续公开招标(COB)是一种非正式程序，允许妇女在主要招募期之外加入姐妹会. COB发生在秋季和冬季学期，并作为妇女加入参与泛希腊姐妹会的机会. 只有符合条件的分会才能参加COB，因此分会的数量可能会在每个学期发生变化. If a chapter is not participating in COB, 他们不得在此期间举办活动或发出投标. 与正式的招聘过程相比，COB活动结构更少，更随意.
